System Requirements

ScanDBX is designed to repair Outlook Express 5 and above. Outlook Express 4.5 and lower are not supported. If you have a damaged installation of Outlook Express 4, 4.5, 3, or lower, please try upgrading to the most recent version of Outlook Express before running ScanDBX.

System Requirements:

• Windows 98, ME, NT4, 2000, or XP
• Outlook Express 5 or above
• Backup space: ScanDBX will store backups of your Outlook Express files on your hard drive for your safety. To ensure proper backup, you will need free space equal to double the size of your email files.
• Memory (RAM): ScanDBX requires approximately 45 MB of memory for a 2 GB mail store file. Any home computer with 96 MB of memory should suffice.
