Once you have found your error message, ScanDBX will ask you if you want it to implement each fix. Some error messages may have several different causes, and ScanDBX may have to try multiple fixes before finding the correct one. For this reason, ScanDBX will prompt you to start Outlook Express and test the fix after each repair attempt.
