External network conditions may cause Outlook Express to be unable to check your email. In particular, personal firewall software or antivirus software may prevent both ScanDBX and Outlook Express from connecting to your email servers. The ScanDBX Network Connection Tester checks to see whether or not programs on your computer other than your web browser are able to connect to the internet.
After each test finishes, it will be marked as "OK" or "FAILED". These tests can help ScanDBX Support determine what is causing your OE problem.
You can run all the tests (recommended) by clicking “Test All”. You can also choose to run a single test by highlighting it and clicking “Run Selected Test”.
