Log Files

Like most standard web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use a tracking utility called Webtrendslive that uses log files to analyze user movement.

Opt-out

Users who no longer wish to receive communications from ScanDBX may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying with "unsubscribe" in the subject line of the email. Users may also opt-out of these communications by sending an email to [email protected] specifying that you no longer want to receive communications from ScanDBX.

Due to the rampant problem with software piracy, our software contains functionality for the detection of suspected pirated license keys. We also use a software activation system that transmits/receives licensing information over the Internet.

By using this software, you are consenting to allow the software to send information to ScanDBX Corporation under these circumstances, and you agree to not hold ScanDBX Corporation responsible for the use of any or all of this information by ScanDBX Corporation or any third party.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire communications from ScanDBX, you can correct, update, delete or deactivate your personal information by sending an email to [email protected].
